Effective Date: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CE Connect Georgia, including its website, applications, directories, course-hosting tools, instructor tools, student tools, referral programs, subscription services, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

CE Connect Georgia is operated by CE Connect Ga (“CE Connect Georgia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, enrolling in a course, submitting information, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase services through CE Connect Georgia.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

2. What CE Connect Georgia Provides

  • Website-building tools
  • CRM integrations
  • Appointment or calendar tools
  • Email and SMS tools
  • Artificial intelligence features
  • Business-management tools
  • Other services added to the Platform

Features may vary by subscription level.

3. CE Connect Georgia Is Not a Licensing or Regulatory Agency

CE Connect Georgia is not the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy, NCBTMB, CE Broker, or any other governmental, licensing, accrediting, or regulatory body.

A provider's presence on CE Connect Georgia does not mean that CE Connect Georgia guarantees that:

  • The provider is currently approved by every applicable regulatory agency;
  • Every course will qualify for continuing education credit in every jurisdiction;
  • A licensing board will accept a particular course or certificate;
  • Information submitted by a provider will remain accurate indefinitely.

Where possible, CE Connect Georgia may review or verify publicly available provider information. Such verification is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for verification with the appropriate licensing board or regulatory organization.

Users are responsible for confirming that a course satisfies their individual licensing requirements before purchasing or completing it.

4. Instructor and CE Provider Responsibilities

Instructors and providers using CE Connect Georgia are responsible for maintaining all licenses, approvals, credentials, provider numbers, insurance, certifications, and authorizations required to offer their courses or services.

Providers must ensure that information submitted to CE Connect Georgia is truthful and current.

Providers are responsible for:

  • Course content;
  • Course descriptions;
  • Learning objectives;
  • Instructor qualifications;
  • Course schedules;
  • Attendance requirements;
  • Continuing education hours;
  • Certificates;
  • Student records they are legally required to maintain;
  • Refund policies applicable to their courses;
  • Regulatory compliance;
  • Copyright permissions;
  • Representations made to students.

Providers may not falsely claim board approval, accreditation, certification, or regulatory recognition.

CE Connect Georgia may request documentation supporting a provider's credentials or claims.

5. Student and Therapist Responsibilities

Students and therapists are responsible for determining whether a course meets their professional licensing or renewal requirements.

Requirements may vary by state, profession, licensing period, board, course format, subject matter, and provider.

Students should verify requirements with their applicable regulatory authority when necessary.

CE Connect Georgia is not responsible for a licensing authority rejecting a course, certificate, provider, or continuing education credit.

6. Directory Listings

CE Connect Georgia may provide searchable profiles for instructors, providers, courses, businesses, or other professionals.

Information intentionally designated as public may be displayed publicly, including information such as:

  • Name
  • Business name
  • Profile photo or logo
  • Biography
  • Professional credentials
  • Provider numbers
  • Course listings
  • Location or service area
  • Website
  • Social media accounts
  • Business phone number
  • Business email
  • Other profile information

Providers are responsible for the information appearing on their profiles.

CE Connect Georgia may remove or restrict listings containing inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate information.

7. Course Hosting and Certificates

CE Connect Georgia may provide tools allowing providers to host courses and issue certificates.

The provider remains responsible for the educational validity and regulatory compliance of its course.

Certificate-generation functionality is a technology service. CE Connect Georgia does not independently certify that a student has satisfied licensing requirements merely because a certificate was generated through the Platform.

CE Connect Georgia may retain course completion information as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing intervals, included features, promotional pricing, and renewal terms will be disclosed at or before checkout.

If a subscription is configured to renew automatically, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the renewal terms presented when you subscribe.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Failure to successfully process payment may result in:

  • Restricted features;
  • Suspension of your account;
  • Removal or temporary hiding of your directory listing;
  • Suspension of course-hosting functionality;
  • Loss of access to premium tools.

You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation method made available through your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not retroactively refund amounts already paid unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Any separate refund or promotional terms displayed at checkout will control if they conflict with this section.

9. Plan Changes

CE Connect Georgia may offer multiple subscription levels.

When a user upgrades, downgrades, or cancels a plan, features associated with the previous subscription level may become unavailable.

Users are responsible for exporting or preserving information they wish to retain before access to a feature ends.

We may establish reasonable storage or retention periods for information associated with expired or canceled accounts.

10. Referral and Affiliate Programs

CE Connect Georgia may allow users to earn referral compensation for qualifying referrals.

A referral is not automatically eligible for payment merely because information was submitted.

Eligibility may depend on factors such as:

  • Successful registration;
  • Successful payment;
  • Completion of a required verification process;
  • Expiration of refund or chargeback periods;
  • Compliance with referral-program rules;
  • Confirmation that the referral is new and legitimate.

CE Connect Georgia may reject duplicate, fraudulent, fabricated, self-referred, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible referrals.

Referral compensation may be adjusted or reversed when a transaction is refunded, disputed, charged back, canceled, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise does not qualify.

Users may not engage in spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, misleading claims, or unlawful solicitation when promoting CE Connect Georgia.

Specific referral rates and eligibility requirements may be displayed separately within the Platform and may change prospectively.

11. Optional Website, CRM, Booking, AI, and Marketing Features

Certain membership plans may include or provide access to website-building, CRM, appointment-booking, artificial intelligence, email, SMS, automation, or marketing tools.

These services may be operated directly by CE Connect Georgia or through integrated third-party technology providers.

Availability of a particular third-party feature is not guaranteed permanently.

When third-party services are used, additional terms from the applicable provider may apply.

Users remain responsible for:

  • Content placed on their websites;
  • Marketing claims;
  • Customer communications;
  • Email and SMS consent;
  • Contact lists;
  • Domain ownership;
  • Business information;
  • Regulatory compliance;

  • Referral activity;
  • Appointments;
  • Security;
  • Service updates.

Marketing email or text communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Where required, consent for automated or marketing text messages will be obtained separately and will not be inferred solely from acceptance of these Terms.

Message and data rates may apply.

Users may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in marketing emails or reply STOP to applicable marketing text messages.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of original content that you upload to CE Connect Georgia.

This may include:

  • Course materials;
  • Videos;
  • Documents;
  • Images;
  • Logos;
  • Business information;
  • Profile content;
  • Educational materials;
  • Marketing materials.

By uploading content, you grant CE Connect Georgia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform and provide services you request.

You represent that you have the legal right to upload and use all content you submit.

You may not upload material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

14. CE Connect Georgia Intellectual Property

The CE Connect Georgia name, brand, software, interface, platform design, proprietary workflows, databases, features, graphics, and original content are owned by CE Connect Georgia or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of CE Connect Georgia intellectual property to users.

  • Nonpayment;
  • Fraud;
  • Chargebacks or payment abuse;
  • False information;
  • Regulatory concerns;
  • Security threats;
  • Harassment;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Intellectual property violations;
  • Abuse of Platform resources;

Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.

17. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party companies providing services such as:

  • Payment processing;

  • SMS;
  • Calendar booking;

CE Connect Georgia does not control all aspects of third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused solely by those providers.

18. Platform Availability

We work to maintain reliable access to CE Connect Georgia but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Software updates;
  • Third-party outages;
  • Internet failures;
  • Security incidents;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Features may be modified, replaced, improved, or discontinued as the Platform evolves.

19. No Guarantee of Business Results

CE Connect Georgia provides technology, educational infrastructure, visibility, and business tools.

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue;
  • Student enrollment;
  • Course sales;
  • Leads;
  • Appointments;
  • Search-engine rankings;
  • Business growth;
  • Licensing approval;
  • Specific financial results.

Business results depend on numerous factors outside CE Connect Georgia's control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

CE Connect Georgia makes no warranty that every feature will operate without interruption or error or that information submitted by third parties will always be accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CE Connect Georgia and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or licensing opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CE Connect Georgia's aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount the affected user paid to CE Connect Georgia for that service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CE Connect Georgia and its owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from third-party claims arising from:

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as CE Connect Georgia evolves or as legal or regulatory requirements change.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

When material changes are made, we may provide additional notice through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
